		<description>Funny, ten years ago, I had a 576kb/s connection when I lived in Oxfordshire.  Now, down in Devon, the best I can get is a 1.5Mb/s connection, and that took some serious effort - BT told me the best I could expect was 700kb/s.  Still paying the same broadband rates as everyone else, though (or at least my company is).  That&#039;s progress!</description>
